Alto Financial Group (AFG) is seeking an operations assistant in their Monroeville, Pennsylvania office. This is an opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding Full-Service Retirement Planning company. Our highly trained agents and advisors specialize in helping our clients understand how a holistic retirement plan can be assembled to address income gaps for their retirement and ensure their family is protected in the event of a tragedy. We believe in a client focused, educational approach so that our clients feel empowered to make decisions that are best for them and their families. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Operations in onboarding all new agents or advisors and maintaining ongoing contracting paperwork for the existing team. The candidate will perform a wide variety of functions including but not limited to conducting onboarding calls via zoom with new team members and customer service to existing team members.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in onboarding and contracting paperwork of all independent contractors.
• Move new team members through the onboarding process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Respond to and handle customer questions and problems in a timely manner.
• Provide proper instructions and customer service to new agents or advisors via phone or zoom calls.
• Ensure that all related communication is properly logged and communicated to essential personnel via websites and databases online.
• Maintain an ongoing database of company licenses and managing new contracts as they come up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all employees, contractors, vendors, and potential clients. 

Position Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills and adaptable to learning new technology.
• Must have good phone skills and interact well with others.
• Must have great organizational skills and work to specific deadlines.

 Education & Experience:

• Experience related to life insurance or annuities is a bonus but not required
• High school diploma or GED

Job Type:

• Full time Monday to Friday
• $18-20/hour
